All Sales Final – Custom Hair Loss Solutions Are Non-Refundable
Due to the personal, hygienic, and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. This applies to wigs, hair toppers, hairpieces, hair extensions, and hair care items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
We are a small, handcrafted business — thank you for understanding that every piece is made or prepared with care just for you.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- In-store purchases
- Sample or showroom items
- Custom orders or personalized products
- Worn, cut, colored, or styled items
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Hair care or home use items that have been opened
⚠️ Manufacturer Defect Policy
If your item arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturer defect, we will gladly review your case.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, uncut, unstyled, unwashed, and include original packaging
- Lace must be intact and hair must not have been altered in any way
If approved, we will offer:
- Store credit or a replacement item, subject to availability
- A prepaid return label if required
