Know your exact piece.
Use the first page of your Passport to record:
- Piece or style, shade and length.
- Fiber type and base, cap or attachment.
- Purchase date and your care contact.
- Confirmed heat guidance for this exact piece.
- Your specialist’s care notes.
Not sure about the fiber, construction or attachment? Confirm those details before changing products or using heat.
A little care, each wear.
Choose the path that matches how your hair is worn. Your exact piece and installation instructions take priority.
Removable wig or topper
Before wearing, check the base, clips, combs, lace and attachment areas. Make sure the piece is fully dry.
After wearing, support the hair near the base. Gently detangle from the ends upward, avoiding dragging a brush across lace or knots.
Remove before sleeping unless your specialist has directed otherwise. Store completely dry, support the shape and keep it protected.
Attached systems and installed extensions
Follow your installation plan for washing, drying, nighttime protection and maintenance. Support attachment areas when brushing.
Do not use removable-piece instructions for an attached system.
Use your Passport to record your nighttime or storage plan and the next professional maintenance step.
Wash with intention.
Timing varies with wear, activity, climate, styling and attachment method. Notice when a light refresh no longer restores movement and check for accumulated residue. Follow the instructions for your exact piece and the current product directions.
- Cleanse. Use Pure Wash according to its current label and your piece instructions. Rinse thoroughly.
- Condition. Apply Pure Conditioner through compatible mid-lengths and ends. The Passport guidance is two to three minutes before rinsing; follow current label and specialist instructions. Protect sensitive base and attachment areas.
- Detangle. Blot gently without rubbing, twisting or wringing. Apply Foundation Mist to compatible towel-dried lengths and ends, then detangle from the ends upward.
- Dry completely. Support a removable piece while drying, following its fiber and construction instructions. Do not wear or store a removable piece with a damp base.
Protect lace, knots, tape, clips, polyurethane and bonded areas. Apply products there only with your specialist’s approval. Use heat only within the guidance for your exact piece.
Remember what works.
On the last page, note the date, what you used and how the hair felt. Record what is running low and what you may need next.
Replenish according to actual use. Choose the lightest solution for what you need today—you may already have the right product.
