The right wig or topper is more than a product selected from a shelf. Fit, hairline placement, density, parting, color, texture, length and professional finishing all influence how the piece looks, feels and moves.
Moxi Loxi can refine an existing piece or help develop a fully custom solution when a standard option is not appropriate. What is possible depends on the hair, construction, condition of the piece and your desired result. We confirm the recommended work, pricing and timing before beginning any service.

What professional customization can include
- Cut and shaping. Face framing, length refinement, fringe, layers and proportion selected for the person wearing the piece.
- Hairline and parting. Placement, softness and finishing choices that support a natural transition.
- Density refinement. Adjustments considered in relation to the construction, coverage needs and preferred result.
- Color refinement. Rooting, dimensional color, blending and tone adjustments when the hair and construction permit the service.
- Fit and attachment. Cap or base adjustments, clip or comb placement, grip, tape, bonded and semi permanent options where appropriate.
- Restoration and repair. Cleaning, conditioning, styling, hair addition, lace work, hardware replacement and other services based on an assessment of the piece.
Customized stock or fully custom?
Customized stock
A customized stock piece begins with an existing wig or topper selected for its size, construction, coverage, hair and overall potential. Professional cutting and finishing then personalize the piece for you. This is often the most direct path when an appropriate foundation already exists.
Fully custom
A fully custom piece may be appropriate when standard caps or bases do not suit your measurements, hair loss pattern, attachment needs, texture, color, density or other requirements. Moxi Loxi works directly with specialized factories and guides the specifications for the piece.
Fully custom work may involve specialized sourcing, additional preparation, production coordination. Timing varies, and a realistic estimate is provided before you commit.
The fit, cut and finish process
- Understand the need. We review coverage, fit, lifestyle, preferences and any challenges with previous pieces.
- Select the foundation. We identify an appropriate existing piece or determine whether fully custom work is warranted.
- Fit, cut and finish. The piece is prepared and personalized based on the agreed plan.
- Support the wear. Your purchase includes our 30 Day Fit and Finish support, with care, maintenance and future service guidance available.
What affects timing and price
Timing and price depend on the hair, construction, length, density, color, texture, attachment method, sourcing and amount of professional work required. An initial professional cut is included with a Moxi Loxi wig or topper purchase. More extensive restyling, color services, alterations, repairs and fully custom production may carry an additional charge.
If you have an important date, tell us at the beginning. We will explain which options may reasonably be completed within the available time.

Protect the finished result
Customization and care should be planned together.
A customized cut, color, density or finish lasts best when the home routine supports the work. For a removable wig or topper, THE VOYAGE protects the shape and includes the stand and Eco Brush used for careful styling. Wash with Pure Wash and Pure Conditioner, apply Foundation Mist as the lightweight leave in, refresh with Aura Restore or Tease only when needed, and finish with brushable Fixation. For a semi permanent system, the same lightweight care products may apply, but THE VOYAGE is not needed while the piece is attached.
