Whether you are noticing thinning, navigating medical or nonmedical hair loss, exploring wigs, toppers or extensions, or supporting someone you love, you are welcome. You do not need a diagnosis, a purchase, or a story you are ready to share.
Wear your own hair, alternative hair, a head covering, or none. Join the conversation or simply read. Beauty is an invitation to self-expression, never a requirement to look a certain way.

The Collective offers community and educational guidance. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy or emergency support. For individual treatment questions, speak with your healthcare team.

A few helpful details.
Is the Collective free?
The existing member community is free with a Moxi Loxi customer account. No purchase is required. Products, the Hair Wardrobe Planner and personal fitting services are separate offerings with their own terms.
Do I need to be a customer or have a diagnosis?
No. Customers, curious newcomers, people exploring beauty and alternative hair, and supportive friends and family are welcome. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or post a photograph.
Is this replacing Care Circle?
Care Circle is becoming MOXI LOXI Collective. We are building on the existing member community and resources. Use your current Moxi Loxi customer account and the same member link; you may still see Care Circle inside during the transition.
Do I have to send a text or DM to join?
No. Use the member community button on this page to access the website community. If you prefer Instagram, DM COLLECTIVE to @moxiloxiwigs to ask our team for the link. Sending a DM is optional and does not make community posts private or subscribe you to marketing texts.
Does joining subscribe me to emails?
Creating a customer account or joining the community does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails or product refills. Email signup is a separate choice. The member Wig Buying Guide has its own email signup page; other public care guides remain available without signup.
Can I use the resources without Instagram?
Yes. Explore the website guides without Instagram. The member area uses your Moxi Loxi customer account. Your fitting app has a separate sign-in, and notes you save in a PDF stay in your own copy.
Are conversations private?
Website community posts and comments can be seen by other signed-in community visitors. Instagram channel content and replies can be visible to others. Neither space should be treated as confidential. Share only what feels comfortable; reading without posting is welcome. Please do not screenshot, copy or share another member's contribution without their specific permission. This community rule cannot prevent someone from copying content.
Will there be online gatherings?
Online learning and connection are part of the Collective's direction. We will share details when a session is confirmed, including its format, any cost and how to take part. There is no event registration required to explore these resources.
