What makes a wig work for you
The cap. Construction affects how a wig sits, breathes and moves. A lace front can create a softer transition at the hairline. A silk top can create the appearance of hair emerging from the scalp where the piece is parted. Hand tied construction allows the hair to move in more than one direction.
The lace front. Not all lace fronts are created equal. The lace, knotting, hair placement and density along the front all influence how the hairline appears. A lace front that begins too heavily can still look dense or abrupt. Thoughtful ventilation and softer, graduated density can better reflect the subtle variation of a natural hairline. When appropriate, Moxi Loxi can further refine the hairline and density as part of the professional finishing process.
The density. Density changes how a wig relates to your face, features and preferred style. Thoughtful density selection and refinement can help the finished piece feel more balanced and personal.
The fit. Circumference, ear to ear, front to nape and the shape of your head all influence which cap feels secure and comfortable. A well considered fit should support daily wear without asking for your attention all day.

If your hair loss is medically related
A wig used for medically related hair loss may be described as a full cranial prosthesis. Moxi Loxi maintains a National Provider Identifier and can provide appropriate purchase documentation for you to submit to your health plan. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by the individual plan and are not guaranteed.

How we work
We begin with what has changed, what you have tried and what you want your hair to feel like in ordinary life. From there, we consider cap construction, fit, density, color, length and finishing. We also teach you how to wear, remove and care for your piece so you can feel informed after you leave the studio or complete a virtual appointment.

Store and style
THE VOYAGE is the primary home for a removable wig. It protects the shape from dust, pets, children and crushing, and includes the suction styling stand, silk bag and Eco Brush. It is $249, or $179 with each eligible wig or topper, saving $70 per eligible piece.
Wash and hydrate
Cleanse with Pure Wash, condition with Pure Conditioner, then apply Foundation Mist as the lightweight leave in through towel dried lengths and ends.
Refresh and finish
Use Aura Restore for odor between washes, Tease for alcohol free root lift and Fixation for brushable hold. If the wig is worn semi permanently, the care products still apply, but THE VOYAGE is not needed while it is attached.
