A few helpful details.
Can I use these on my phone or print them?
Yes. Open a free PDF, save a copy, then use a PDF reader that supports editable forms. Some browser previews display the pages but do not save field entries reliably. You can also print the pages and write by hand.
Are the free downloads different from the Planner?
