Open your Hair Wardrobe Planner
- After checkout, select Access Members Area on your confirmation page. You can also use Open my library above.
- Sign in with the same email address used for your purchase. If prompted, enter the six-digit code sent to that address.
- Choose Hair Wardrobe Planner, then Download your Planner.
- Select Moxi-Loxi-Hair-Wardrobe-Planner.pdf. Save the file to your device.
Open your saved PDF in a reader that supports fillable forms. Add one entry, save, then reopen the file to check that your notes remain. You can also print a blank copy to complete by hand.
Common questions
I purchased the Planner but cannot see it.
Check that you signed in with the email address shown on your order confirmation. Access is added after successful payment. If the order is paid but your Planner is missing, contact us with your order number.
My sign-in code has not arrived.
Check the spelling of your email address, then look in your spam or junk folder. Use the most recent code. If it has expired, return to sign-in to request a new one. Never share your sign-in code with anyone.
The PDF opens, but my notes do not save.
Some browser previews do not retain form entries. Download the file first, then open that saved copy in a PDF reader with form support. Save your changes before closing. Test one field before completing the whole Planner.
Can I use the Planner on a phone?
You can download the PDF on a phone or tablet. Form editing depends on your PDF reader. For more room to write, use a larger screen or print the pages.
Do I need to wait for shipping?
The Hair Wardrobe Planner is a digital download. There is no printed item to ship. Physical products purchased separately follow their own shipping details.
Is this the same as the Care Passport?
The free Care Passport keeps piece details, care notes, plus wash history together. The Hair Wardrobe Planner adds space to organize a hair wardrobe, compare options, plan a budget, plus record next steps.
Can MOXI LOXI see what I write?
Your entries stay in the copy you save. The Planner does not ask you to submit your notes to us. Keep your file somewhere you can find it again.
