How your online fitting works
- Capture your fit. Complete six guided photos, add a circumference measurement with a soft measuring tape and share your preferences.
- Open your profile. Pay $49 after your captures to release the Standard fitting profile.
- Explore your options. Review your fit and coverage direction, compare pieces and return to your saved profile as you choose.
Your profile brings together the information supported by your captures, the preferences you share and Moxi Loxi’s fitting guidance. For toppers, it provides a coverage direction to work from.
Choose your level of guidance
- Standard: $49. Six visual captures plus one separate circumference measurement, then payment releases your profile. Which kind of piece suits you, your size band, your matches. Complete on its own.
- VIP: $99. Everything in Standard, plus deeper guidance. Coverage, hairline shape, placement, density, length direction, the styles worth exploring.
- Precision: $249. Everything in VIP, plus a written fit and customization plan, built from your profile, reviewed by the team.
- Concierge: $349. Everything in Precision, plus an approved plan carried through to your piece by a Moxi Loxi specialist.
Standard is a complete starting point. Higher levels are paid before their added work begins.
Put your fitting toward your purchase
Eligible paid fitting and consultation amounts can be applied toward a Moxi Loxi product within 90 days. Eligible credits can be combined under the current purchase policy.
Shopping online with a fitting credit? Contact us before placing your product order with your fitting-account email and the product you would like. We’ll confirm the available credit and how to apply it.
Questions about your fitting
How do I return to my profile?
Open your fitting account with the email you used in the app. This is separate from your Moxi Loxi shopping account.
You can add the fitting app to your phone’s Home Screen for easier return visits. It opens in your browser.
Can I add a consultation?
Yes. Meet with us virtually or in our Danville studio before or after using the app. A consultation is useful for discussing your preferences, complex fitting needs or medical hair loss.
The complimentary Medical Hair Loss Consultation is separate from the paid fitting profile. Choose a consultation.
How are my photos used?
Your guided photos support your fitting, as described in the privacy policy. They are not used to infer a diagnosis, treatment history, lifestyle or medical suitability.
The profile provides fitting guidance, not a medical assessment or a guarantee of fit. Your healthcare team can advise on individual medical needs.
What if I need help with the app?
If a step will not advance or a button is not responding, send us a message or email support@moxiloxi.com. Include the step you reached so we can help you continue.
