How it works
Complete six visual captures, wherever you are. Then add one separate circumference measurement using a soft measuring tape. It takes about five minutes. You can do it in private, in your own time.
You get your results. Your shape, your proportion, your hairline, your coverage, the pieces that suit you. Your size band uses the separate circumference measurement, recorded fit information, stock wig adjustability, plus cap construction.
What you receive
Your profile holds everything your captures support, the preferences you choose to share, guidance built on thirty years of fitting.
It can include capture quality, fit overview, coverage direction, construction considerations, style guidance, your matches, your next step. What comes from your captures, what you tell us, what we recommend all stay clearly separate. You always know which is which.

You are not waiting on anyone
Your results are yours as soon as your captures are done. Explore, move up a level, come back to it later.
A Moxi Loxi specialist is available whenever you want one. We will offer if your captures need another look, or if your fit is unusual. That happens alongside your profile, never in front of it.
Your photographs
We use your guided photographs to support your fitting, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use them to infer a diagnosis, treatment history, lifestyle or medical suitability.
If your situation is medical, we provide fitting guidance. Individual medical advice belongs with your oncology team, a board certified dermatologist, or another qualified healthcare professional.
Levels
- Standard: $49. Six visual captures plus one separate circumference measurement, then payment releases your profile. Which kind of piece suits you, your size band, your matches. Complete on its own.
- VIP: $99. Everything in Standard, plus deeper guidance. Coverage, hairline shape, placement, density, length direction, the styles worth exploring.
- Precision: $249. Everything in VIP, plus a written fit and customization plan, built from your profile, reviewed by the team.
- Concierge: $349. Everything in Precision, plus an approved plan carried through to your piece by a Moxi Loxi specialist.
Higher levels are paid before their added work begins. Standard is a complete starting point on its own.
Your paid value is available for 90 days toward any Moxi Loxi product under the current purchase policy. Eligible paid fitting and consultation credits can be combined, subject to the current purchase policy.
The complimentary Medical Hair Loss Consultation is priced separately. It does not include this.

You get a saved starting point you can return to while you explore. It gives you a considered place to begin, not a guarantee of fit or of a particular result.
When a consultation can help
Start with a consultation if your hair loss is medical, if you are preparing for or recovering from treatment, if your fit needs are complex, if you have had fit problems before, or if you would simply rather talk with someone first. Explore full cranial prosthesis, chemotherapy and hair loss or custom solutions.
Begin online, book a consultation, or do both. You can complete your fitting before or after your appointment.
