When your order arrives

Check that the item matches your order and look for a delivery concern before wearing or changing it. Keep the order number, delivery date, packaging and instructions together.

Make the first fitting useful

If there is no arrival concern, follow the fitting instructions supplied with your piece. Notice the feel of the cap or base, how the hairline sits, the length and density, and how the style blends with you. Name one specific thing you would like help with rather than trying to solve everything yourself.

Ask before changing the piece

If something does not feel right, contact us before cutting, coloring, altering the base or asking someone else to work on it. Share what you notice and the preferences agreed before preparation so we can assess the appropriate next step.

Contact Moxi Loxi privately

Make it yours, together.

Moxi Loxi focuses on human hair, carefully crafted caps and bases, natural density and personal customization. Support helps you put those details to work.

Know your 30-day window

For a qualifying Moxi Loxi wig or topper, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery about a fit or finish concern. Reach out when you notice it; you do not need to wait until the end of the period. Product-specific exclusions, if any, are stated before purchase.

Bring a clear question

Describe what you are experiencing, when it happens, and what you hoped to achieve. For example: "The length is catching on my collar. Can we review it against the length we agreed?" Or: "I am unsure whether I am placing the base correctly. Can you guide me?"

If we approve a refinement

Wait for Moxi Loxi's instructions before shipping. If an approved adjustment requires the piece to return, you may request a prepaid domestic return label within the 30-day Fit & Finish period. Do not send a piece without authorization.

Read the current Fit & Finish terms. This guide is a practical summary; your purchase terms govern eligibility and support. It does not extend a deadline or promise a particular adjustment.

Leave the lesson knowing how.

Use your included wash-and-care lesson to learn the routine for your own piece. Ask the team how your lesson will be arranged and what to have ready.

Ask these four useful questions

1. Which products and tools suit my exact hair, cap or base?
2. How do I hold and detangle it without pulling on the construction?
3. What tells me it needs washing, and how should I dry it?
4. Where should I avoid conditioner, styling product or heat?

Keep only the instructions you need

Save your confirmed routine where you can find it. The free Care Passport can hold your piece details, approved products and wash notes. Your exact fiber, construction and attachment instructions take priority over general guidance.

Beyond the first 30 days

If fit, density, lace, clips or the condition of the hair changes later, ask about a maintenance or repair assessment. Factory work may be an option for an eligible Moxi Loxi piece after assessment. Future maintenance, repairs and factory work are quoted separately; not every piece or concern is repairable.

Keep your next step simple.

Keep useful care notes close.
