Orders for in-stock items—like our ready-to-wear wigs, clip-in extensions, and hair care products—are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Custom hairpieces, made-to-order wigs, and personalized toppers require extra time for processing. You’ll be notified via email once your custom piece is complete and ready to ship or pick up.
