This is not a one size fits all program. It does not promise a medical outcome. It is a practical framework combining professional evaluation, aesthetic judgment, education, ongoing care.
Step 1: We learn what you need
Your consultation begins with your goals, concerns, current hair, wearing preferences, maintenance tolerance, budget, timeline. We also discuss your priority. That may be immediate coverage, added density or length, extended wear, a removable option, scalp support, or several needs at once.
If symptoms or sudden hair loss suggest that medical evaluation may be appropriate, we encourage you to work with a dermatologist, physician, or other qualified healthcare professional. Hair replacement, cosmetic care can support confidence in daily life. They do not replace diagnosis or treatment.
Step 2: We compare the right solution categories
Instead of assuming one solution is best, we compare the options that fit your priorities.
- Wigs can provide full coverage in removable or semi permanent wearing formats.
- Toppers add targeted coverage, blending with your biological hair.
- Hair extensions add length, volume, or both when the biological hair suits the attachment method.
- Men’s hair replacement can be designed for removable or extended wear.

We explain attachment, maintenance, durability, styling flexibility, care before you commit. Your decision then rests on the full experience of ownership.
Step 3: We fit and personalize
Cap size, coverage area, density, color, texture, hairline, parting, security all affect the final result. Depending on the solution, personalization may include cutting, color refinement, cap adjustments, clip placement, attachment planning, or styling.
Local clients can be supported in our Danville studio. Remote clients can begin with Moxi Loxi Method, then follow with personalized guidance.
Step 4: We build the care plan around the wearing method
The products may be similar, but the way they are used changes depending on whether the hair comes off every day.
For removable wigs and toppers
Use Pure Wash with Pure Conditioner for washing. Use Foundation Mist for light leave in hydration, Aura Restore for between wash refreshing, Tease Volume & Body Mist for alcohol free root lift, Fixation for flexible, brushable hold. When the piece is off the head, THE VOYAGE is the primary storage recommendation at home, in transit.
For semi permanent wigs, toppers, and hair systems
Use the same lightweight care principles. Follow the installer’s wash, bond, removal, maintenance instructions. Avoid conditioner or oily products at attachment points unless specifically approved. THE VOYAGE is not needed while the piece is attached.
For hair extensions
Installed extensions require careful cleansing, full rinsing, gentle detangling, protection of the bonds, beads, or tape. Use the Hair Hanger for clip ins, removed extension hair, or hair being kept for later reuse. Replacement tape is available for compatible tape in methods. Use it according to professional instructions.

Step 5: We plan what happens next
Aftercare may include maintenance appointments, attachment service, cleaning, repairs, restyling, fit refinements, color review, or planning a second piece for rotation. Hair solutions last differently, perform differently. Wear frequency, friction, length, color processing, styling heat, products, washing, storage all play a part. We set realistic expectations. We help you adjust the plan when your needs change.
