This topper is professionally prepared for you and includes our 30 Day Fit and Finish Promise. If an eligible fit or finish refinement is needed, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. If an approved refinement requires the topper to return to Moxi Loxi, instructions will be provided. A prepaid domestic return label is available upon request for an approved adjustment during the support period.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a suspected manufacturing defect, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video.
