Returns and support
Opened or used hair care, scalp care, supplements, adhesives, tapes, removers, sleep products, brushes, combs, caps, bands and other personal use products are final sale for health and hygiene reasons.
An unopened, unused and sealed standard home care product or accessory may be eligible for return if you contact us within seven calendar days of delivery and the item remains in its original saleable condition. Products expressly marked Final Sale are not eligible.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a suspected manufacturing defect, contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or video.
