Find care help for your routine
Care Companion helps you find relevant care guidance, resources and product links. It is in the main website menu, including the menu on your phone.
For a quick reference to save or print, open the Care Library. Its free PDFs include the Care Passport, First Week Notes, Travel & Storage, and Shine, Volume & Hold. If your new wig or topper has arrived, start with Your First 30 Days for arrival checks, Fit & Finish support and questions for your wash-and-care lesson. You can also find fitting guidance and videos from Aria. The free PDF downloads do not require a purchase, account or email signup.
Use the instructions supplied with your own piece when choosing a routine. Save a copy of a fillable PDF before adding notes; those notes stay in your saved file.
Find your paid Planner downloads
The Hair Wardrobe Planner is a separate, optional $19 one-time purchase for planning your hair wardrobe. It includes three PDFs: a four-page Quick Start, an eight-page Buying Guide and a six-page workbook.
Already purchased it? Open My library using the email from your Shopify order. Our Download Help page explains where to go. If you cannot find your purchase, contact us for help rather than buying it again.
Return to your fitting account
Your fitting account is separate from your Shopify shopping account. Use the fitting sign-in when returning to your fitting journey. You can also follow the Home Screen instructions to keep the web app within reach on your phone.

Join the free Care Circle
Care Circle is a free place for practical care questions, shared resources and ideas for future lessons. Sign in with a Shopify customer account to join. A paid Planner purchase is not required.
